We teamed up with John Gray to shoot and edit a series of short bumper videos for the 2009 Vertical Reality Camp – a weekend mountain retreat for North Point’s high-school ministry. Filmed using the Canon 5DMK2 around Marietta square – these videos speak to the theme of the Camp “Hide and Seek” – where high-schoolers are encouraged to hide scripture in their hearts and let the bible come to life in their everyday journey of seeking God.
With their Fall 2009 Collection – “Southern Crops” – Southern Proper® is giving a portion of profits back to family farms throughout the south through their “Fashion for Farming” campaign. You can see the details on this microsite we created to showcase the program: www.fashionforfarming.com. This video was created to show a glimpse into the life of the Southern Farmer – a life filled with hard work, faith, family tradition, and good old fashion home-cooked meals. Big thanks to Michael Lines of Abiyoyo Productions for his tireless effort and awesome work behind the camera (his shiny new RED).
Created for “Inside Out” – NorthPoint Church’s High School Ministry – this video encourages youth to stand up for their beliefs and values and make a difference in their world. First showing was last week at “The Walk” – Inside Out’s summer camp in Panama City Beach.
Our new friends Matt and Meagan have launched an adorable new brand of children’s clothing called TommyWants. They hired us to create a fun and playful site to showcase their products and provide a simple e-commerce platform for buying online. This has been the second opportunity Hybrid Design has enjoyed working with the team at Richpower (the first being the “Picklestick” project you can see on our product page). Richpower has recently released a line of 12V lithium ion tools and is already looking to their future. They asked us to create design concepts for a potential future 24V line of tools including the circular saw and string trimmer you see below. We look forward to seeing these on the market sometime soon!
It’s super to go back and work with the the growing team at CCi (CCi was Rusty’s previous employer), who contracted us to be involved with the research and to create the ergonomic, interface, and aesthetic design for the components unique to the new backpack paint system. This is a new product category for Ryobi and this is one of the first of the new line of Ryobi paint sprayers to be released this year.
